I love cooking with my kids and here is a quick, easy, no-bake chocolate mint slice recipe that you’ll want to try with your kids too. It is wonderful because it only uses 4 basic ingredients and allows children to mix, stir, pour etc. This simple recipe can be served an enjoyed at birthday parties when you a special guests coming over… or just because.   Quick, easy, no-bake chocolate mint slice recipeSo I need you to excuse the fact that I don’t have any progress pictures in todays post. This quick, easy, no-bake chocolate mint slice recipe is just that, quick, easy and requires no baking whatsoever. It is my go-to recipe if I’m ever having someone over and I have the energy to make something, rather than dashing to the shops.  I also love this recipe because you can modify it to suit your own taste. If mint isn’t something that you really care for, then you can chop up something else and stir that through the mixture. It really is that easy.    minty choc slice

Chocolate Mint Slice

Yummy no bake chic mint slice that is quick and easy to make for birthday parties or when you have guests coming over.

Ingredients
  1. 250g Marie biscuits
  2. 1 Peppermint Crisp bar crushed
  3. 395g Condensed Milk
  4. 150g milk chocolate melts
Instructions
  1. Crush biscuits and Peppermint Crisp bar and mix together in a bowl
  2. Add condensed milk and combine well
  3. Press into a greased tray
  4. Refrigerate
  5. Melt chocolate
  6. Pour chocolate over slice
  7. Refrigerate and cut into pieces
Notes
  1. For those whole are unfamiliar with the above ingredients -
  2. Marie biscuits are a basic sweet tea biscuit
  3. Peppermint Crisp is a chocolate mint bar that can be substituted with any candy bar
